1. Install attic stairs
2. Add attic insulation and plywood
3. Paint downstairs bathroom
4. Install bead board in downstairs bathroom
5. Paint hallways and stairway walls
6. Remove popcorn ceiling in hallways and stairway
7. Paint master bath
8. Install bead board ceiling in guest room
9. Replace flooring in guest room
10. Replace master bath door with barn style door
11. Replace doors on pool shed
12. De-clutter EVERY space in the house
13. Paint walkin closet
14. Replace last original window to the house
15. Make spare room into nursery

I never thought of it but mailboxes would make a good photo study. There are so many different kinds.

Funny how pictures can evoke feelings when you look at them..the first looks lonely, the second is funny and the 3rd made me miss vacations in the NE.
What wonderful photos! They are so peaceful looking, reminding me of those lasy summer days that you never want to end. I love the tree, it made me smile.

Beautiful! Love the kiddo behind the tree. But my favorite is the Amish buggy. I went to high school in an area that had a large Amish population and this brought back alot of fond memories. Thanks for sharing. Kathy
