Welcome to the the 55th 'Three Or More' - Tuesday!!!
I know, I know...I let you all down and missed hosting last weeks Three Or More Tuesday. I apologize, I'm just now starting to feel better. Being sick for 5 weeks is not my idea of fun at all.
I'm also a bit overwhelmed and felt on the verge of just throwing my hands up and canceling Christmas this year.
The house truly looked like a bomb hit with all the left over mess from remodeling the kitchen, Christmas totes and decorations everywhere and my less then enthusiastic decorating mood.
This season is bringing back a lot of the pain I've been working through the last few month and I'm trying very hard to keep the people close to me in mind and find happiness in the good things in my life instead of dwelling on things I can not change.
But enough of all that...just know that I had my plate piled a mile high and blogging fell right off of it last week.
I did make some headway with the Christmas decorating and cleaning yesterday. I'm way behind all of you, who've been participating in some great Holiday House memes but I managed to put my trees up and I'm sharing the bigger ones today.
First is the 6' white and gold tree in our Master Bedroom...

I saw a picture somewhere last year where someone used suspended doves around their tree. I LOVED the idea and had to copy it...

Next is a new to us LED , slim 6,5' living room tree with a rustic theme, we never had a tree in this space before...

And lastly our 7,5' main tree in the corner of the diningroom which has a red and cardinal theme...

Hey Tam,
Glad to see you back. We missed you and were worried about you last week! You have 3 Christmas trees and you think you are behind?! I have one little Christmas tree and that is it. Yours are beautiful and I love the doves!

Your trees are just lovely, you did a great job and those doves are just gorgeous! Merry Christmas.
These are some of the most beautiful trees I've ever seen!! I love when trees have themes. And one in your bedroom!! WOW, I don't know anyone else that has one there. Must be wonderful.
Welcome back! Your trees are beautiful!! I put only one up now and did well to get it up this year, due to problems with my leg. I think you did a wonder job of decorating.
Hi Tam!
your trees look beautiful! And just a little FYI, you are WAY ahead of me with your decorating! LOL. Life got a little out of control the last couple of weeks around here and so I am way behind!
Have a great day!
Those are all such beautiful trees.
Guess I should have taken a pic of ours.
It is just sitting there in the stand bare as can be!
Ornaments go on tomorrow.
Nothing fancy.
Weren't even going to have a tree but someone gave us one.
So nice.
Blessings to you and your family.
Hope all will be well, and there is peace and togetherness for your Christmas.

If I put a tree in my bedroom someone would have to move out to make room. I wonder who?
You are going to get just enough done. Don't worry about it. We always over do. Same with the food. We always cook way more than what we need.
Have a cup of tea. Sit back and smile with your eyes closed. Come on, you have to smile. Okay now just picture those pretty trees in your mind..keep smiling. Breathe deep and enjoy what you have already achieved. The rest will follow.
Tam -- I cannot believe that you have gotten all that work done, with those trees, while you are recovering from being so sick! That is amazing -- and you may not know it, but now I consider you Superwoman.
Your trees are spectacular. Wow.
I'm way behind, as usual at Christmas time -- which is why I am showing just glimpses of the house at this point!
I too am having some trouble getting into the spirit of things. My mom is winding down her life, and it is very hard to watch her disappear before my eyes -- every time I see her it is a new shock. I am trying to focus on what is positive, on my family, and to remember the joy my mother always took in Christmas, and what a wonderful life she had -- and sometimes that works. But sometimes blogging is at the bottom of the list!
I think I only did 9 posts in November, or something like that.
Anyway -- don't bother answering -- I know you are busy and busy getting better. Hugs to you... Cass
Glad to see you back...We missed you...Your trees are just beautiful....thanks for sharing...Pat H
I'm happy to hear that you're feeling better! I was worried about you.
The trees are gorgeous. I don't know how you managed it all, but you've done a wonderful job! ☺♥☺
Oh I love the suspended doves. To bad I have cathedral ceilings. :)
May your holiday be merry and bright!
