Valentines Day past....

This week I'm taking a look back at last years Valentines Day table...

If you saw it last year I hope you don't mind taking a look at it again.
I've used my pink Bordallo cabbage pieces and some cream salad plates
from The Christmas Tree Shop to contrast the pink.

Instead of a hearts theme I thought
white birds would work and I used the
bird votive holders .

The silverware from Target matched very well and the quilted place mats
from Marshall's with the pink rose design gave it a romantic and cottage touch.

For the centerpiece I shopped the house.
A tall birdhouse, a cake plate that matches the salad plates,
some white feathers and little white doves, a pink rose topiary,
another cream bird adorned with pink roses and my centerpiece was complete.

Here is another look at the place setting,
I love the the texture of the cabbage dishes.

I nestled the small cream bird in the feathers.

Lastly some pink and crystal glasses pulled it all together.

Thank you for taking this trip with me to Valentines Day past.

Now please visit Susan at Between Naps on the Porch
for a list of all the talented Tablescape Tuesday participants.

Have a wonderful Thursday,

I didn't see it last year, so it was great to see it this year! So pink and pretty. Love the placemats and the pink goblets. I don't know why it's so hard to find pink glassware. Yours looks great.

This table would be perfect for Valentine's Day, a shower, a wedding, a birthday, just a girls get together.
A little girls party.
Great table.
