...from blogging. I'm experiencing major blog burn out
and even missed hosting Three Or More Tuesday last week.
I hope you won't be too disappointed but I need to figure out
how I want to continue with this blog, if I should change it
or if it is maybe time to quit all together.
Work, business travel, summer chores and my family are
taking up most of my time at this point and blogging went
from being fun to feeling like a job.
So for now I'll just call it a vacation from blogging
and hopefully I will come out of this "blogging block".

I'm still new at Bloggin'...but when the JOY goes out of something...perhaps it's time for a change. I'm carefree with my blog. Post when I have something to share or write about, join in to meme's when I can. When I began, I thought I would possibly post once a month. HA! Then I thought more reasonable is probably once a week. I don't keep "stats", don't count comments and don't keep track of followers (in the numbers game). I have met some of the most amazing ladies in Blog Land (you included) and I don't want to lose those contacts...but when bloggin' becomes a chore...I'd say something's gotta give!!!
I'm keeping you on my sidebar and you can believe I'll be checking in each week to see what you're up to. More importantly...I value your friendship and honor your decision!

Tam, I so agree with Pat. If blogging is becoming a chore you DO need to take a break, and rest! I totally understand that you want tour family to come first. I DO hope you will come back but please enjoy your time "off". We will surely miss you! Have a wonderful summer and hopefully we'll see you in the Fall or winter!!!! XO, Pinky

Love this picture of the dog. I think we all would like to be him or her!! Have a good vacation and hope to see you back refreshed. This shouldn't feel like a job. It should be fun or don't do it.
I'll miss your beautiful decorating inspiration, but you deserve a break from it as much as anyone. I can't even keep up with checking all of my favorite blogs and all I have to do is look at them. Enjoy your family and your life. I'll still check back now and then to see if you've posted again.

I understand... we started about the same time I think and it's hard to come up with ideas and it does take time to sit down and create not to mention the time to visit.

I had to take time out from Blogging for almost 4 yrs due to health issues. Life happens and you need to take time for you. Just found your blog again after all this time. Wishing you the BEST!
I am in retirement mode now and will do things as I have energy. I live in Florida now and am really getting in the laid back mode! It suits me.
